Beautiful Damask medium weight (not sheer, not what I would consider heavy) with metallic detail thread. Shimmery and can be used from either side. (note, one side darker than the other) upholstery fabric. Measured at approximately 9 yards plus 24 inches. (Note, it might be a bit more than 9 yrds 24 inches maybe 9 + 27 inch but wanted to allow for human error) I measured it as 53 inches wide. I am not sure if this fabric is vintage, however I did purchase it at an estate sale from a very prestigious older home. There is not a fabric content tag to state what the material is made out of, therefore I have not noted.. appears to be manmade but not sure. there is a metallic type thread outlining parts of the design. You can see the metallic thread on the darker side. Either side is beautifully elegant. This fabric would look lovely on a chase or small settee or even as a drape. It appears to be reversible (please see pic. I do not except returns so please view pictures carefully and contact me if you have any questions. This fabric does not appear to have any notable flaws. It was on its original roll. I unrolled to inspect and measure. I provided example photos of how this style may appear in a room setting. Those photos are only for use as a reference to pride a better idea of what it might look like in similar settings.
